Started DearS, watched the first 2 episodes but I'm finding it slow going, possibly too retro

I read the DearS manga and couldn't stand it so i can just imagine how bad the anime is.

Finally finished monster which was fantastic
I've been interested in Monster for a while...do you think its worth getting then?

Nobunaga the Fool ep 24 (complete). I found this to be equally awesome and confusing. Great action and characters (well, maybe not Jeanne. She served no real purpose beyond occasional fanservice), but so much of the actual story left me struggling to understand what was supposed to be happening, especially in this last episode. Still a good anime though and I'm glad I watched it.

The World is Still Beautiful ep 11.

Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle: The Princess in the Birdcage Kingdom. I was curious to see some Tsubasa after reading the first six volumes of the xxxHOLiC manga. I heard that the HOLiC and Tsubasa storylines crossover with increasing significance as the manga progresses and I've been considering reading the Tsubasa manga so I can keep up with the storyline in HOLiC. So I decided to watch this movie to test the waters. After watching this I'm not so sure I want to read Tsubasa now, it seemed very 'kiddy'. But then I doubt the movie reflects the quality and style of the manga, so maybe I'll give it the benefit of the doubt.

xxxHOLiC: A Midsummer Night's Dream. I've seen this before but since it was on the same BluRay disc as the Tsubasa movie I thought I may as well watch it too. It's not as good as the series, but it's still entirely enjoyable for any fan of HOLiC.

8) ....................................................you have no idea, I don't think I know yes yes yes it's totally worth getting, it's just done so brilliantly.

PSYCHO-PASS e.12 pre-credit sequence - Did I... did I miss an episode? What? Who?

edit: ohhhhhh, OK. That was probably the best episode so far. New ED is tight, too.

Fairy Tail (English Dub) - Episodes 45, 46, 47 & 48

Satisfying end to the first season. I have 12 more episodes left then I have no more Fairy Tail to watch unless I get Parts 6-10 (I prefer to have the Blu-ray than stream online), since they just got released throughout the past 12 months they won't be priority (the first five were since the first few sets were slowly going away).

I'm old aswell :)

It's probably a combination of going from watching BD's to something on DvD and 4:3 to boot plus that I know the story so it's not something fresh to keep my interest. It just feels old in it's execution.

Naruto: The Lost Story
Naruto: Find the Four Leaf Red Clover

I bought this for my cousin as Amazon showed it was a 12 not a 15. So needed to make sure it was okay for him to watch.

Then I'm voting for you to be kicked out of the club. :p

I know what you mean though when you put it like that - "dated" would be perhaps the term I would use, rather than "retro".
