Ping Pong ep1

Not quite sure what I was expecting from it, but I actually really enjoyed this one. The character dynamic between Peco and Smile was entertaining, while Wenge seems like an unusually well rounded antagonist. Was also quite amused to see that the source manga ran in Big Comic Spirits, as I believe that's the magazine that carries the adventures of a certain heavy-eybrowed hitman...

Funny thing is .........I honestly thought I was going to hate it ........i thought it was going to be about romance the whole way........Yes it has romance but not kind I thought it was and all these scenarios on everyday life .....almost everyday life and troubles are amazing it's one of the best series iv ever seen ever........ full of emotions and I swear this series made me choke ........upsetting choke I mean and good God my mum's going to love this and cry at it

That was exactly the problem I had with it. Although I enjoyed the side stories with one off characters and such, I felt there was a certain lumbering inevitability to the main plot.
 
Soul Eater Not 1

I really liked the episode (I do love the manga after all) but I do agree that the older characters look weird with the new character design style (mainly Maka and Tsubaki). I also noticed that Kazé didn't translate the credits into English; leaving the French translations.

I complete agree with that statement, the constant skulduggery, outwitting and fleet on fleet battles are really making me feel that way.
 
Psycho Pass (Japanese Dub) - Episodes 12, 13

Note that since I'm at home I can't properly watch the shows I'm currently watching online (Gintama, JoJo's BA 2012, Nisekoi, NouCome, Rurouni Kenshin) due to weak connection. I can however catch up and finish Baka & Test Season 2 (I haven't got the OVAs which are set between Season 1 and 2 though), Psycho Pass, the first half of Robotics;Notes and the Tenchi Muyo! Movies. Not to mention I should have the first half of Eureka Seven next week which is a bonus to watch.
