Dragonball season 3, discs 4 and 5

Thoughts in th rate thread.

Dragonball season 4, disc 1

The Tenshinhan/Tournament Saga continues, with fighting! More fighting! Even more fighting! And a villan redeemed. All the reasons I love the Dragonball franchise.

Dragonball season 4, disc 2.

Oooh a milestone for me. A couple of episodes in, the Tenshinhan/Tournament Saga completes with the death of a regular character. It was at this point during DB's Toonami run that I moved house and decided I wasn't gonna bother getting a TV service in my new place. So it was quite the cliffhanger. I knew said character was gonna die at some point during DB, and that he would get better, because of their presence in DBZ. But it's still a shocking moment and everything after it until DBZ is brand new Dragonball to me. Huzzah! Onward with the King Piccolo Saga.

Railgun S - Episode 20
Attack on Titan - Episode 21
Free! - Episode 8

I also watched about half of the first episode of Future Diary dubbed. Oh my god, it was horrible.
I usually don't mind Funimation's dubs but from what I've heard of Future Diary so far it's so very very very bad.
Most of the voices are nothing like the Japanese ones and the voices/acting are pretty damn bad to start with.
The only good one was Deus Ex Machina (Who is voiced by the guy who did Mao in Darker than Black/Father in FMA:B).

Hajime no Ippo 1-34 - I think i found my new addiction. This is one hell of a show, i just wish i started watching it sooner. I've watched 34 episodes in the past 4-5 days, and it's been time i don't regret spending at all.

Dragonball season 5, disc 2

Goku finally learns discipline of the mind as well as body, which having trained in a martial art myself before my back gave up is nice to see depicted. Also we get to se Mr. Popo being a total badass. And hooray, another tournament, and Piccolo as DBZ fans would recognise him finally puts in an appearance. As he's my 3rd fave character of the franchise, I say, yay!
