The trailer did not sufficiently titilate so I have certainly stayed abreast. I'm sure I'd just end up with bad mammaries.

Got my bluray back so finally resumed Ponyo... I'm sorry but what the actual ****!? This kid is dim enough to mistake Ponyo for a goldfish, yet recognises immediately fish from the Devonian period?

I know it's a children's film but some of the stuff going on here is such BS... not to mention an adult who unquestioningly accepts that a fish became a girl... I- I just cannot deal with this film...

Witches, catbuses, dustballs; ALL of that I'm cool with. It's the inconsistency of a kid who doesn't recognise a goldfish, immediately recognises some unpronouncable latin name for a fish that has been extinct for millions of years...

In the immortal words of Will Smith in MIB "(He) about to start some ****, Zed. (he's) about (five) years old, those books are WAY too advanced for (him)."
 
Arsene around with Fujiko 05- 06

And then everybody else was WRONG! All that wondering how I could have been so unobservant was for nought. It suddenly becomes clear at the end of the sixth episode what they're doing with Oscar though - HE is to be Fujiko's Zenigata. Another very weird little surreal segment there as well, this is getting quite intriguing now.

Two more cracking episodes; this show is yet to put a foot wrong. More Jigen and quite a bit more Lupin, which is welcome. Nothing against the Fujiko-centric premise of the show in the slightest, but the rest of the main cast are there to be used, and they're put to good use here. What else to say now? It's awesome, why aren't you watching it? (Besides the legal aspects, of course)

Perhaps if the series does well the next one will be "A Man Called Jigen Daisuke"? Hopefully without the same amount of casual nudity from the central character, though (double standards, I know).

AKB0048 episode 1

Did somebody say idols!

I think...My brain backflipped in the first 7 minutes. There's a ban on entertainment...? Idols singing then suddenly fighting...Then there's mecha and some weird alien things...whut.

I kinda felt like that bit was weirdly rushed, but really enjoyed the rest of the episode once it calmed down a bit. I had a quick looksie at the cast list and whoa, Mamiko Noto and Miyuki Sawashiro? I'm in because of those two alone. However there is a stellar list of seiyuu in this for sure. I'll stick around for the duration I reckon, as despite not initially liking the start I am getting more and more into the prospect and premise of it. Although I still can't get my head around how you ban entertainment. The future, eh.

Hello Kasper, I was waiting for you to show up and make your impact! I feel like they're handling Jonah's character well and adapting Kasper adequetly is a big part of that, so I'm happy that they pulled it off very well. Koko is still fantastic!
 
Infinite Ryvius - Episodes 19 - 22

Ryvius is a very dark series, but it kind of plods along and I feel nothing for any of the characters despite the terrible environment they are in.
