Wow, they're actually sending them internationally themselves? Christ, I guess between the number of sets sold and the number of people who might not bother they figure it won't cost them *too* much, but still... impressive effort. I also bought mine from up1, was expecting to have to get them to sort something out with their supplier to get them changed.
 
Assuming my second-hand information is correct (I can't be arsed to locate the post in question right now) it is a most exemplary display of good customer service. It's a shame that the issue will eat into their profits, but should at least ensure that it doesn't happen again.

Wow, with no real new characters added, it's starting to wear a bit thin, as people in this thread warned me about already. Still, not long left until Episode 20...
 
Baccano 1-8

This show is beyond awesome, not least because of the greatest double-act in the history of anime (or anything else):

My name was already down. I saw the first few episodes of Baccano last year (but for some batshit crazy reason didn't start watching the DVDs I've owned since January until last night) so I knew it was something a bit special.
 
I'm liking how many people seem to be watching DenYuuDen/Legend Of Legendary Heroes now, worth its own thread or not? It's already available legally in this country via Funi's Youtube channel, after all.
 
Over the weekend I watched:
Black Lagoon Eps 4-12
Black Lagoon 2nd Barrage Eps 1-4
Fell in love with the series all over again. Yet another series I'll be sad so see the back of. Why must I watch them so quickly?!
 
Giant Killing episodes 8 - 14:

Well its natural that ETU needed to sort out its past demons and give the young players some experience in big matches and its worked for them with a win.

The Brazilian trio were a good comical bunch, its funny how they can't understand Japanese, they felt more like tourists being amazed at everything they see and Pepe's eating habits were lolsome. Most likey see them in later episodes.
