Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me (Film) Sublime and disturbing, this is an essential companion to the overall series. Ray Wise and Sheryl Lee do great with very difficult roles and the supporting cast are also good, several returning from the TV series.

Twin Peaks: The Missing Pieces Recommended as an accompaniment to FWWM, I’d love to see a final cut one day that reinstates all the footage Lynch filmed.

An awesome love letter to the 70s Super Robot genre and a great addition to the Nadesico universe.

A really good two-parter, the story telling in Gatchaman remains strong.

Azumanga Daioh (dub) eps 1-5
The comedy's pace seems a bit off in a lot of the gags, but there are some funny moments. It can be a bit random, but nowhere now Nichijou levels. I find the best bits are with the banter between the 2 teachers.

Most of the stuff on my queue seemed comical or romantic, so I thought I'd try something different with:
Rocket Girls eps 1-3
The set up is hilariously preposterous and it has some funny moments, but also a bit of drama. The last scene in episode 3 was quite moving.

Another mixed bag. The sports day one was very funny, but the dream one was just weird.

Rocket Girls eps 4-6
The preposterousnous continues. There's some good technical bits and drama, but I still can't get over the fact that a high schooler who literally walked off the street is now an astronaut, let alone a girl who grew up in a tribe! Anyone who said A Place Further Than the Universe was unrealistic should get a load of this!
