Been watching this for the last couple weeks on & off, latest title from my backlog of blu-rays. Nice story, although the ending left me wanting more with many unanswered questions (which I suspect are answered in the manga)

I'm a big Nanoha fan myself but my favorites are the Reflection and Detonation movies from 5 years ago.
Watched a little known 30 minute ova from 2009 called Half-Broken Music Box. It was kinda sad at the end.

I feel sad every time I see Leo's face. That scar but still so chirpy.

Glad those baddies are back. For a comedy they have a creepy reason for kidnapping children.
Enjoyed the Dragon Ball joke and liked the explanation of average.

Wonder Egg Priority - Episodes 1–13

An interesting concept for a series, although why they felt like including another recap at the start of episode 13 (I know reading on Wikipedia the recap during the series was solely due to running out of time). Some interesting characters as well even if the ending felt like it was rushed
 
Kakegurui Episode 1 - The student body feels well-realised straight away. The series does a really good job of communicating the concept that this is a school for rich kids with gambling addictions. I’m not entirely sold on the characters yet but the tone has been well established right away.

Urusei Yatsura (2022) Episodes 4-5 - Exactly what I needed after a bad day. So far every episode has been a great time. It’s a very fun show and also a very informative watch because Urusei Yatsura was so influential that you can see how entire series have been shaped by Lum and Atari’s misadventures. I think my favourite parts have been how much Ataru sucks and how multiple girls have broken out of their love triangles because they’ve realised they can do better.

New Panty & Stocking ep3 (English dub)

The Fast and Furious parody did nothing for me, but otherwise that was again pretty funny. Not quite sure what it is that’s clicked for me this time around compared with the original series - feels like maybe it’s less hung up on trying to be outlandish and more focused on just having good gags?

Lupin III: Part 2 ep61-62 (English dub)

Bit of a damp squib on 62; some vague allusions to classic psychedelic serial The Prisoner, with Lupin trying to rescue his friends from an isolated village, and an unusual baddie in the exceedingly sinister nun notwithstanding, it felt like a waste of a promising setup. Much more entertainment from 61, wherein some hoodlums make off with Goemon’s legendary sword and create havoc by attaching it to a drone. Actually, sticking a samurai sword to a drone feels a little too plausible now…
