Baccano has been simply supurb. I don't know if the last 3 eps can match up to the rest of the series but here's hoping.
My thoughts exactly, am almost worried it will have a typically-flawed anime ending.

Baccano! ep. 7 - 12
This is an incredibly enjoyable series, Isaac and Miria being an excellent comic duo.

9/10 - am wishing this was longer than 16 episodes now.

Agreed. At first I was a bit worried about Isaac and Miria's characters but they are utterly brilliant. The episode title about Isaac and Miria spreading happiness was absolutely right!

Still On topic watched:

Baccano eps 14, 15, 16.
Nana ep 12
Angel Beats ep 2
K-on!! ep 2

Nice to get back into Nana again. Got the last dvd a month or two back so I'll be getting through it at a faster pace now. The premise behind Angel Beats is still enough to keep me watching.

Eva 1.11 and 2.0
Chocolate underground
Welcome to the Spac show

Watched Hayate the combat butler from 1 to ep 10 as well.

Argh, I may have to start watching Bleach again! Must... resist...

Dude, do it. Just check the OP, it's AWESOME.

Bleach sure has come a long way, from a series which was fun sharing traits from YYH to a complete trollfest when Kubo ran out of a competent plot. At least HxH is going somewhere even with Togashi taking a break every six months to play Monster Hunter. New Bleach opening is one of those ones that tries to be serious and just... falls apart when you actually look into the source material.

I was really trying to say it's a cool song, that's all. lol.

Just caught up on Durarara, I really like this series more than I should, at first I thought it was a little cluttered but everything usually comes together after a while and more things fit into place, making it much easier to understand. I can actually withstand Mamoru Miyano's voice as Kida, it's actually tolerable for once. I could go into the finer details as to why I like it, but I'd just get bored, **** is awesome. But now I have to wait until I can see episode 19, ******* crunchyroll. Time to start Heroman and House of the Five Leaves.

Ichiban Ushiro no Daimaou - eps 6-8
Angel Beats - ep 7
K-On!! - ep 7

all were pretty good, especially Ichiban Ushiro no Daimaou, easily my fave new season anime, Keena = win

I'm currently watching Gundam 00 season 2 after churning through the first (was very late to the party). I can't believe so many people acually hate it. I really like the storyline. I doesn't seem as cheezey and clisque as other mech shows and has yet to bore or confuse me. Also that fact that everyone isn't a teen is an added bonus ^^ Can't wait to have the cash to get round to buying it now I know I like.

Claymore 1-5

This first disc of Claymore exhibits all the little annoyances I feared it would, that the reviews warned me about; concerns that were dismissed by certain people and for which I was relentlessly attacked, prompting delete sprees and all manner of unpleasantness. But I digress...

So what do we have? An abudance of speedlines, cutaways, and cheesy split screens during the action sequences; useless dialogue spoken in the middle of battles while the enemy politely stands by and waits; continual patronizing inner monologues to explain every tiny detail the audience might just miss (yes, Claire, we can SEE you've just found a dead guard); and the most annoying, whiny, punchable sidekick imagineable.

It's not a bad show but the story has a lot of work to do if it's going to compensate for all that ****.

I agree, the Claymore Manga is far more superior to the anime. Hopefully the Teresa ARC will make it up for you.

OT. I've finally got round to completing Luck Star last night after months of wading threw it. It's a good series however I could only handle it 1 episode at a time per sitting. Anymore and it had a strange brain melting effect on me.

Watched Mononoke Ep1-3 also. Getting a strong Mushishi vibe from this series. Animation is a refreshing change to the norm however. Entertaining me thus far.

Seto no Hanayome Ep 1-3. A series that wasn't doing anything for me in the first episode, but as I gave it a chance I've grown to it a little. Some very funny scenes that made me chuckle. I don't yet have a complete opinion yet.

Naruto Shippuuden Ep 119-121. I have a few to catch up with but glad I can watch several episodes in a row. I've missed this series.

The Slayers eps 1-6.

My feelings on this show can probably be summed up with the following: I meant to only watch the first two eps so i could get an early night, i've just finished the first disc and i'm forcing myself not to put in the second and pull a marathon.

Its a great little series, the comedy is just right, it doesn't distract from the story and the characters are great, lina proving herself a fantastic heroine, breaking the molds as she goes along (as well as nuking several villages along the way). Gourry works well as the male lead, being uimaginably dumb as he is strong.

I'm looking forward to finishing this series and looking into the other branches of the franchise...
