Would you buy a tshirt with the work Gaijin on it?

I cam up with the idea, for when I go to Japan, so that I would not be hit by hardcore Japanese and be let off for my poor, unaccustomed etiquette.

No offence, but that's a rediculous idea.

If you were black, would you wear a shirt with the N word on it?

Paradox, stop spelling it "rediculous", please. The word is "ridiculous".

I am not usually a grammar or spelling Nazi, but that word gets abused far too often, and I've seen you do it a few times.

And yes Paradox, most grammar/spelling can be left to sneak by unnoticed but "rediculous" will not be tolerated. We're just lookin' out for you buddy =)

A spoon?? Tokyo drift?? Baffling

Please don't it, you'd look completely ridiculous.
Also no offence but anyone who considers themselves "Japanophiles" or whatever is a fool. It implies that you idolize Japanese people as if they any different than anyone else.

Well culturally they are, in the same way we're not the same as people in the US.

You know what I mean. As in they are human just like us, they have the same flaws and qualities. So idolizing them as if they are different or better is in a way nearly as bad as negatively descriminating against them

To me, 'Japanophile' sounds like a nicer term for the "w" word.

No offence, OP.

I take what people say very literally, so I wouldn't count on me necessarily knowing what you mean. ;) I hardly have a good record for that kinda thing.

Wouldn't a fork be more culturally significant to the West than a spoon?

Just saiyajin'.
