Crunchyroll has Hamatora however not for the UK, Ireland and Asia.
Guessing this will be an Animax simulcast.
Animax is synonymous with Viz, and Viz stream their own stuff, so I'm thinking Wakanim.
Except Viz Europe (Kaze) license a lot of non-Viz stuff, and are already streaming Hamatora in France:

Locking out free users in certain regions, but letting premium members watch...that sounds like a really dodgy attempt to gain more subscribers, or a really annoying licensing contract.
It's not the first time. There was a show or two that was subscriber-only in the UK back when Rob was still working there. There's simply less ad revenue here.

Media distribution service and retailer Daisuki announced on Friday that it will stream the Buddy Complex, Nisekoi, and World Conquest Zvezda Plot television anime series. The company will stream the Buddy Complex series worldwide outside of Japan starting on January 13 at 10:00 p.m. EST. Fans can watch the series on Daisuki's official website and on the company's official YouTube channel.

Daisuki will stream Nisekoi starting on January 11 at 12:00 p.m. EST in the United States, Canada, South America, and South Africa. Additionally, Daisuki will stream World Conquest Zvezda Plot starting on January 11 at 12:30 p.m. EST in the United States, Canada, South America, Africa (except for Tunisia and Algeria), Europe (except for Ireland, the United Kingdom, and France- and German-speaking areas), India, Russia, and the Middle East. New episodes of Nisekoi and World Conquest Zvezda Plot will be available weekly immediately after their original broadcast in Japan.

Divorce Chaser will also air on Fridays, starting today at 10:00pm PT. The J-Drama will be available to Crunchyroll users in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, and South America.

Crunchyroll's synopsis:
“One half of the famous Japanese comedic duo – Cocorico – Naoki Tanaka plays our off-beat protagonist who is a masterfully talented lawyer, full of mystique and mystery. His whole business is predicated on the opportunity costs between men and women’s unfortunate relationships.

His intention is never focused on using money to buy back their once lost love, but more from helping them achieve a fresh start on life and love. However the intertwined, complex relationships will test our talented lawyer as he litigates through these trouble and perhaps troubles of his own…”

No Rin was also licensed but seems to be only for French and German areas since no countries were confirmed at that point.

I'm still waiting for UK streams for Nisekoi and Love, Chunibyo & Other Delusions Ren.

When the hell are they coming?!

It's quite obvious Animax has Hamatora & Chuu2 Ren. If they needed another title, Nisekoi would do.

I guess they could add some catalog titles like Nura: Demon Capital (Nura Season 2), Samurai Bride (Samurai Girls Season 2) and more Bakuman seasons if they wanted. Or maybe even Blood Lad?

ADN is streaming Nisekoi in France so it looks like another one for Animax. The manga is Shueisha which is another point in Kaze's favour.

Crunchyroll's rights specifically excluding "UK, IE, French and German speaking regions" for World Conquest also seems to point to a Kaze license.

--edit--

PS: anime-on-demand.de is also simulcasting Hamatora in Germany.

To celebrate a brand new year, Animax UK are pleased to announce its exclusive Simulcast line-up for the Winter 2014 season.

Kicking off throughout January with new episodes premiering every week, Animax UK will be introducing four free UK premieres to the service, with returning seasons and never-seen-before content thrown into the mix.

After the highly successful first season, Yuuta Togasi will be returning in Season 2 of LOVE, CHUNIBYO & OTHER DELUSIONS, continuing from tomorrow, as he attempts to bury his past and begin a new life in high-school. With new classmates and fresh challenges ahead, will Yuta be able to rid himself of his chunibyo past?

Also continuing on Animax UK from this week is HAMATORA, the popular Japanese TV anime which follows a group of ‘Minimum Holders’ – a limited number of humans that possess special inborn powers – in their quest to hunt a serial killer in Yokohama.

NISEKOI will also be joining the line-up, with star-crossed sweethearts Raku Ichijo and Chitoge Kirisaki fighting against the odds to rekindle past love, taking on the notorious yakuza gang in an attempt to fulfil their destiny.

Finally, don’t forget to catch SEKAI SEIFUKE: WORLD CONQUEST ZVEZDA PLOT, and follow the courageous tale of one little girl, Kate Hoshima, in her attempt to conquer the world. Born with magnificent skills and frightful stunts, has she got what it takes to uphold the legendary Zvezda Plot?

New episodes will land tomorrow so make sure you check back to start watching!

Basically these:
Hamatora
Love, Chunibyo & Other Delusions! Ren
Nisekoi
World Conquest Zvezda Plot

Better late than never I guess. I give it one week before the "simulcasts" stay as delaycasts. I'll stick to Crunchyroll for Nisekoi.

Well, there's your new Anime-on-Delay. No doubt Kaze's got something to do with it as usual. Doesn't affect me regardless, although I do have to wonder why anyone in their right mind would subscribe to Animax. The thing I don't understand about them is that they have access to Viz's titles, so why not do what Neon Alley does in the US and either have a linear TV platform, or upload the dub for certain shows (Like K Project or Magi) as it airs each week on NA for a limited time.
