My condescending nature? Sorry what, why would I have a condescending nature? When did I allege that anyone cares that I study law, or that anyone cares about my website? You seem to be making up facts. The fact that you claim that I have made a site for the purpose of criticising one anime shows the extent of your deficit of objectivity.

Sadly, I can only provide you with my "cryptic rubbish" because there is no meaning with talking to another person on the internet. Will this 'conversation' be remembered? Will it impact on our lives? No, it's the definition of meaningless.

Not that my clue was exactly cryptic, mind. You're supposed to be a student of law, yet you can't put two and two together. I'm almost impressed.

If you want me to break it down, Light's dad stood for law, putting his life on the line for the justice he believed in - the law of the land. Light, on the other hand, broke as many laws as he could, becoming one of the most lethal fictional mass murderers ever in order to imprint his own brand of justice on society.

Now, since you're studying law I'm going to go out on a limb and assume you're doing so to get what you need to get a career in the future, I thought it might've bothered you to see a story focused on a mass muderer breaking laws in order to create his own. So, I jokingly (as in, not-so-seriously, FYI) made a sentence referring back to your Death Note hatred.

As for your site, your attitude in your posts, combined with you needing to inform everyone what you're studying and the fact you created a website for your own 'reviews' shows you think a fair bit of yourself. Not everyone creates their very own website just to type up lengthy reviews and cry about what's mainstream - there are sites for that. It didn't surprise me that you felt the need to, for some illogical reason, use the fact FFVII is my favourite game against me in some form.

I'm now going to steal your line, with small fixes: I have the time but not the patience to deal with a lovely person like yourself. Get stuffed.

I've just remembered what I love but this forum: the warm, friendly atmosphere. The ability of people from all walks of life to unite in their love for anime, putting other issues aside, such as the automatic disliking of most others.

No-one likes those nasty forums where people spend more time arguing than they do talking anime. At least this forum is a wonderful example of how anime forums should be.

It is sort of a debate, if nothing else, it is interesting. That is far from meaningless.

All lawyers are legal practitioners. All legal practitioners specialise in criminal law. Therefore all law students are studying to become criminal lawyers. Why do you presume all this? As for the rest of the paragraph: I understand.

Earlier on in this thread I was asked, and I answered. Where is the problem?
As for my site. I called it after myself to make it personal to me. I don't want people to visit the site and go "Oh, I feel cheated, I was expecting the glorification of shounen and only found words dripping of venom and hatred." No, it clearly intimates that they are my reviews, that the site reflects my opinion and thats it. I want to have the freedom to write whatever the hell I want.

FF VII is one of my favourite games, I see no problem with FF VII. I did NOT mention it to hold it against you. You appear to be paranoid. The reason I mentioned FF VII was because it appeared in your profile as some form of personal information. Had the game been Castlevania, Chrono Cross or anything else, I would have mentioned it nevertheless.

Aion, you cannot be openly antagonistic, engaging in a huge debate that you're making personal and then complain that AUKN is at fault for your behaviour.

What if he posts a pic and he turns out to be a normal person? I'm not sure my mind could take such blow.

In any case, I totally agree with Paul on Aion's "tsundereness" =)
 
Law&Order, I did type up a response last night but AUKN went down and I turned off my computer shortly after. It's probably for the best if we stop exchanging paragraphs in an attempt to grind down the other party, anyway.

You may have horrible taste and be more, or maybe even equal to myself in the **** rankings, but I don't hate you. I'm sure, after a few years more of this, we'll become great "friends." Honestly. I hold no grudges - just ask Geek.

...oh yes, Geek. Ever hear of sarcasm? Serious question. If you thought I was being serious when I complained about the way this thread has gone, maybe I'm more perceptive that I think. I still think the person who started all this should be banned.

As for wanting to see me, your homosexual ways do scare me, Geek. I'm a normal enough person to look at, I guess. I've been told my eyes look cold and fashion sense I'm lacking in but apart from that I don't look too alien. I wouldn't claim to be a looker but, until I open my mouth, I'm not too odd. If you want a one word description then you'll be shocked to know 'unfriendly' is pretty fitting.

If I ever pick up another (decent) digi cam and post a pic or two of my collection (anime/manga), I'll throw in a shot of my ugly mug. Or when Rui proves he's Roy (has he already?) - I might be shocked into putting forth some effort then.

Lol, no matter how I read any of the last few pages I can't take it seriously, was that really a argument, I couldn't put an agressive tone on any of it :lol: .
