I'm sure that this has been said before but the reason I think Paul is reluctant to promote anyone is because when people get some power they always seem to do either one of two things. Go power mad and over moderate everything or just get bored of coming to the site and not return because it feels like too much work.

Paul could always give his moderators free DVD's : )!

OK, I've finally decided to ban "Darkness Rules" (is that a reference to the band "The Darkness"?). I can accept stupidity provided it's innocent (I did some checks on him and he really is that thick-headed), however, the guy crossed the line when he decided to start throwing around insults. So, officially, this is the end of the Darkness saga. You kids and your summer holidays!
