I must admit im a hardcore gamer when i want to be i remember the worst gaming sessions were probably FFX or Zelda:TWW which some days i played 8,9,10 hours a day! But over all the longest i have spent altogether on anyone game was either GTA:Vice City or FFX which are both well over 100 hours! So here how you set it out...

Longest Gaming Session:8/9/10 hours on FFX or Zelda, when im hooked on a story how can i give up!!!!!!

Most amount of hours on anyone game:FFX i restarted 3 times before i completed it (it was my first RPG and so i was not familiar with the system but my sheer will to see how the story went on i couldnt not complete it!) So it took me 10 hours first time [failed] 16 hours second time [failed] and 60 hours third time and then 50 fourth time plus 2 hours bonus ontop i would say i played it a maximum of nearly 140 HOURS!

I was goin to mention Vice City because my main save file was 41 hours when i last looked but i have restarted it a hell of a lot of times and just pissed about around the city, GTA style but i would say thats touching 100 hours! San Andreas would pass it also but because the games so big and expansive i didnt loose interest i just didnt have the time i use to to really piss about like in Vice City.

Well there it is what a geek, but FFX just the best game ever made!
 
Longest gaming session: 12 hours, non-stop, playing Icewind Dale.
In a fit of madness, a couple of friends and I decided to give the co-op game a try, so we rolled up some characters and got started around 6pm. Next thing we knew, the sun was up and we were all ravenous. We'd never done that before or since, and it's one of my most memorable gaming experiences. Good times. :)

Most hours on any one game: Most recent one I can think of would be Final Fantasy Tactics Advance - clock was just shy of 100hrs when I finished it, by playing it on the bus trips to and from town every day. The time I've spent on all the Final Fantasies combined would eat up rather an unhealthily large chunk of my life. Other contenders would be Chrono Trigger, Sonic 3 & Knuckles, or Half-Life and it's various mods.
 
longest game session that would be on both FFX and ocarina of time master quest for about 16-18hours, without much rest. It seems really like something silly to do but at the time i was wanting to get them both complete...so i got up to Sin defeated in FFX and i completed Master Quest without much problem. i have had many long times on the consoles recently as well..like 8 hours 3 months ago on Prince of persia Warrior Within, completing it...so i had good fun.

Most hours on any game let me see..it may be FFX with up to 165 hours played...then again it could be the amount of time i played Ocarina of time back on the N64 trying to locate the last gold skulleta....annoying to find but i did manage it. just never found the last heart piece..well i did...just couldn't reach it.
 
Longest Gaming Session - Well I don't play my games for absolute hours on end.. probably 4 or 5 hours then a little break, then of course back to gaming!
But I remember playing Shenmue and Final Fantasy VIII alot. :D

Most Hours On Any Game - Definitely Final Fantasy X. I spent 180 hours plus on it! Even my Final Fantasy VIII of 123 hours and Grandia 100 hours cannot compete!

I'm not sure, i guess i've played a game for pretty much the whole day before when i've been really into something. Couldn't say i know the longest amount of time i've spent on a game though
 
Longest session Have to mention FFX again, I spend days on end building Auron, Lulu, Yuna and the others into 1337 Pennance-fighting machines.

Most hoursProbably Disgaea. There's something about characters with impossibly high levels that I love.
 
Longest session . i think my longest session was 18 hours straight playing FFVII for the first time.

Most hours This would have to be everquest where the game tells me ive clocked up 63 days and 7 hours of playing Just for my cleric and i think i had 37 days ish for my necromancer so adding these together i would have played Everquest for a total of 2407 hours roughly
 
Longest session About 14 hours, on one of the incarnations of Unreal Tournament. 8 networked computers, 7 friends and too much caffeine.
Most hours Probably FFX. You know what it's like when you get to 80 - 100 hours and you feel you haven't done the characters quite right, so you decide to restart? No? :roll:

Most Hours: Ummm.... Not sure but I think its Disgaea or Dynasty Warriors 5. But I'm no sure.. have to check memory card.
 
Longest Gaming Session: Civilization 3, probably over 12 hours.

Most amount of hours on anyone game: Phantasy Star Online; over 300+ hours at least
 
Longest session i think it was 34 hours and the game was final fantasy 7

Most hours Final fantasy 8 i played it so much that the clock reach the most it could...
 
I played GTA:SA for about 24 hours when I first got it. I dunno what the longest I've ever spent ona game has been.
 
I starting to get a little worried about you gaming freaks! You have heard of the people who have died after a long 1-2 day stints of gaming! Oh well if we dont hear from you in a while i guess its because your fingers have fallen off or maybe DEATH BY GAMING!

I think there was a point in my life where I started a new game of Baldur's Gate II and stopped only to eat, sleep and shower until I finished as many quests as I could. It took me just under a week. Go figure.
 
The longest individual run would be Command and Conquer Retaliation on the PS1 with a Mate. We started at 2pm and ended up finally stopping at about half two in the morning. all that time we only stopped for a few minutes to grab food here and there.

12 and a half hours, that was fun!

Howevever the most hours i have actually put into a game is rather harder to guess. Metal Gear Solid took me over 30 hours in two days first time :shock: (i was renting it!) Goldeneye i have put a huge amount of time into. i was playing it for an hour a day for about 6 weeks at one point before school. However much of that was replaying on higher difficulties.

I expect the longest was The Legend of Zelda: The Ocarina of Time. i spent 3 months slaving at that game, no cheats, didn't speak a word of it to anyone. it must have clocked over 100 hours easy on it. The fact that it still takes well over 20 hours play to complete now after many many times through, and the fact that i never get bored playing it, also makes it my favorite game of all time. the only challenger is Links Awakening on the game boy, which is also a beast!
 
my guild wars says 145 hours. I put way more hours into SWG. Pokemnon across alvarietes easly 200+, 80 on each or so. then theres champisonship manager...
