When I received it the flipper tray was damaged. When I asked for a replacement case it took over 2 months for a replacement case to arrive.
The case had to hold 9 discs - not a common case type. When Planetaxel asked Funimation for replacement cases they received the wrong type (I wasn't told what was received just that they were the wrong ones). Afterwards Funimation refused to receive Planetaxel's emails. In the end I had to contact Funimation by email and get them to send a case to me via Planetaxel's Canadian distribution site (Funimation don't ship directly to overseas customers).
Same, I ordered mine on 23rd March. I ordered 7 pairs - 2 have turned both; both separately and within half a week of each other. Then they just stopped.Aya-Kun said:
Ah yes @mangaman74; when I got my FMA:B volume 3, the flipper bit was broken. I asked MangaUK for a replacement case, they said to DM them on Twitter. I said I can't unless they follow me as well...nothing happened.

* The original copy seems to have gone missing as it was sent out arount 10th May and other items which were sent out around the same date have arrived (including Tales of the Abyss volumes 1, 2 and 4). Glad it was sorted before they shut up shop.

Tales of the Abyss Part 3 arrived from Planetaxel - only it is Part 2 :cry: . With no more Planetaxel to ask for a replacement it means I'll need to buy it elsewhere (this was a resend as the original copy went missing in the post - maybe it will turn up he says in hope).
I also received the following from Planetaxel,
Shiki Part 2 (Blu-ray) - didn't order it (have yet to watch part 1) but welcome anyway .
