Whilst I personally couldn't agree more (I even imported Haruhi, Night Raid, and Queen's Blade), some people will doubtlessly look at it and say "Katanagatari - too much talking, Haruhi - E8 killed the series for me, Night Raid - boring, QB - tits, Gundam - old". :lol:

That almost serves as a pretty good test to run by new people to see if I will get along with them or not...

I was sorely tempted to import QB's blus at the time (had them in a saved shopping cart for a while), then MB announced their cheapskate release and I was delighted.

To make a more noteworthy announcement of receipt, I declare to have been granted freely a pair of pomaceous fruits originating from the private cultivars of a colleague.

lol There are a few other games that sealed the deal for me to get a PSP: Higurashi Daybreak, Okami Kakushi, Fate/Unlimited Codes, FF and MGS.

Definitely the Black and White volumes are thin, but that doesn't bother since I love all the Unova Pokemon <3
 
The Boredom of Haruhi Suzumiya arrived today. Now I just have to wait for The Disappearance, Shakugan no Shana 6 and Fullmetal Alchemist 26.

Hopefully The Boredom doesn't bore me as much as Sigh.
 
A double sided poster from SFX magazine (Summer Wars/The Girl Who Leapt Through Time). Was missing my copy with the last anime special. Only taken several months to get it sorted. The postmark on the envelope said 22/06 although underneath my address label was an address to the SFX reviews editor - guess it was sent between departments and forgotten about.
 
Today I received sloes from a thorny bush in the nearby dales. A hundred of them, in fact.

As a result of employing them within the standard recipe, I expect this Christmas to be especially merry.

Well, Japan don't have official volumes for BW yet (they're still releasing volumes for the Platinum arc =3), so our volumes have to be so thin so that we don't catch up (iirc, Japan are currently just near Driftveil City).

I was kind of disappointed with volume 3, because I felt the Gym Battle was pretty poor. Then again, the GSC arc was pretty awesome in regard to battles xD

(Shame we're not going to get the R/S arc...I even started a petition, but I could only get around 400 signatures).

Still need to read the other arcs myself, a shame to hear about R/S arc not coming out, Hoenn is an awesome region.

Yeah. The final chapter of the GSC arc was originally in Volume 15 (the first Ruby/Sapphire arc), but it was moved to the end of volume 14. Viz Media have pretty much said they want to see fan demand.

Although it wouldn't surprise me if they're waiting for Ruby and Sapphire remakes.

It wouldn't suprise me either, them waiting for the Ruby/Sapphire remakes to come out and then release it :p
 
New blu-ray drive for my computer. Software seems a bit flakey as expected but does the job. Also doesn't really seem to obey any rules so my Katanagatari has selectable subtitles after all \o/

R, spending rest of week screencapping millions of new wallpapers
