I never place images taking with my phone, for the simplest of reasons ... security. I'm sure you'all fine, some even splendid, people here but there are always people with less than honest intentions. And you don't even need to register to see the photos in this thread or in the "Post a photo of your entire anime collection!" thread.

Security you say, what the heck is he talking about, well most smartphones have also have a GPS chip on board and when you take a picture that GPS data is also stored in the image. I know some forum software don't strip that data, so everybody can see where you have taken that picture.

Might contact Teapot or another admin here, or probably a moderator can pick this up and ask around how AUKN actually handles smartphone images.
