Watching a video of you opening the post like its christmas day or you showing in detail what you have received, opening all possible parts and looking at the angles?

The mind boggles, it really does.

Sadly i have no access to youtube at work so this will forever remain a mystery.

The idea of this topic its showing not just the front cover but the inside content too because most of the times when we buy a boxset for exemple the website usually just shows the front cover and I think its nice people now what they are buying so i'm gonna show the things I buy.
 
Believe me, i wasn't being a critic nor sarcastic, merely stating that i would have watched your video if i had the restrictions where lifted whilst at work, alas that won't happen without some kind of intervention therefore i am stuck wondering what said video actually entails.

no no its not that, im sure everyone would like to make a video of there collection........... hell il make a video. but the thing is that iv made so many threads in the past its annoyed most people, if its a thread that'll work then there you go. i know the collection thread video would work cause iv seen loads of people video there collection of anime stuff.

i just need a few volunteers to put it off.

to make it il need-

1 make a thread * my collection video edition *
2 have a few people put there videos of there collection in that thread
3 hope RUI doesn't chuck it in my thread lol

il need time to make it like somewhere in the summer when my mom and dad gose away so i can take everything downstairs and display them.

by the time it summer il have loads more anime then i do now.
 
Why dont you split your stuff into different videos? Long videos might get boring, imo.

I don't have that much stuff but it's to show in the shelves i can do it in one video but if its to show the front cover i'll do different videos i think.

split them up..................... yeah thats a good idea cause by the time i get half way going though them it'll be 10 mins lol
 
In honour of the fact that English doesn't have its own proper word for video cameras, as we discovered the other day, I think it's fine to pop the occasional video in this thread (for new arrivals) or the collection thread (for full collection videos).

If loads of people start doing it it's a piece of cake for one of us to chop them out and make a new thread. I think photos will be a lot more common though as making a video takes more effort.

@Rui yeah i freakin agree it takes effort, last summer it took me a hour and a half to get them all downstairs, a hour to get things ready lay out things and make the video and re-do it everytime i made a mistake, and while it was downloaded to youtube it took me 2 hour to get everything upstairs and put back everything as they was.

4 and a half hours i was completely nakkerd
at least i got a work out out of it. lol

This arrived yesterday, didn't have chance to take pics before going to work though.
