What did you RECEIVE today? PHOTOS EDITION!

After a bit of a delay (I am again uncertain if the courier lady actually attempted delivery on Saturday 03/05/2025), today my last recent Temu package finally arrived! The plushies are v cute, the chonky salamander costume wearing cute creature is a lil smaller than I would have guessed but hey more room left in my apartment that way, the dragonfruit dragon has nice gradients just like in the picture, the paper sticker labels are actually just craft papers, I don't think you can peel off the back and get adhesive underneath like with stickers, but the artwork is really pretty and I have Pritt Stick so it's ok, the t-shirt is decent, but not the most generous sizing for a 5XL/UK 26, it's still a nice t-shirt though, not sure if I'll pass it on to charity as I do tend to like my t-shirts a bit more baggy looking, the neon sign stickers and washi tapes are fab to look at, though I haven't actually used them yet, so can't comment on how well they stick to paper or if the washi tapes are good at avoiding tearing when you're peeling them off the roll, etc.... but what's really important here is now I can have the animal party I have always dreamed of 😛 🥰 🥳

To say I am happy is a complete understatement today! I have loved the Brave Little Toaster movie ever since I was a kid, I used to recreate all the scenes with my Lego. When I was older I bought the DVD and the soundtrack and to my suprise I found out it was based on a book of the same name.

For years I have been looking for a copy that wasn't hundreds of pounds (it is very very rare) but the other night I randomly decided to look up some stuff on eBay and found this for an absolute steal! I still can't believe I finally own a copy. The same night I also managed to find a copy of it's sequel for a very reasonable price too but I had to import it from the USA. It is more widely available but usually they are listed as acceptable condition, the one got was listed as very good so fingers crossed 🤞

The two TV shows were upgrades from DVD, these two are starting to get pricey now so I picked them up before they shoot up too much.

Sorry for the big story about the book but I am just so happy to finally own it 😁

It's a really good movie tbf and I enjoyed reading your story, I would be interested to read that book too! :)
