What did you RECEIVE today? PHOTOS EDITION!

This finally arrived after being seemingly "stuck" for a few days, it's a lovely pretty dress that fits me well, I can lift my arms up fully without the underbust getting out of place! No scratchy mesh unlike some other dresses I have bought from Shein either, I'm really happy with this!! :)

Macross Zero Collector's Edition Blu-ray from All the Anime.

Unfortunately, I couldn't test the disc out like I normally do whenever I get a new home video release, as my Blu-ray player no longer plays Blu-rays. I've also tried my other BDs that I already own and tested/played without previous issue, and they can't play either. So that means I have to buy myself a new Blu-ray player after nearly 6 years of owning the one I currently have.

Persona 2: Eternal Punishment is the most expensive game I've ever bought, but it's in really nice condition and I was able to pick it up in the Netherlands so there were no import fees.

Many years ago I've played Persona 3 FES and Persona 4 Golden and before I'm going to explore Persona 5 Royal I want to explore the roots of the Persona series.

I've bought the digital PSP versions of Persona 1 and Persona 2: Innocent Sin to play on my PSVita (because the physical editions are way too expensive).

Persona 2 has two parts however. The PSP version of the second part was never released in the west so the only way to get Persona 2: Eternal Punishment is to either get an American PSN account or to buy the original PS1 game. I own a PS2 debugging station which basically means that I legally own a region free PS2, so no issues on that part.

Really looking forward to play this game when the time comes!

2025 HAUL - MARCH v4

The haul for the latter half of the month slowed down due to some stuff that I wanted to sort out plus a couple of delays (The First Slam Dunk hasn't been dispatched yet which is likely due to Bleach TYBW Part 2).

#9: Castlevania Dominus Collection & Penny's Big Breakaway
The latest Limited Run Games releases arrived and roughly on track from its original release window! Not bad considering a lot of people had to wait a long time for their other games from the distributor.

Castlevania Dominus Collection continues the compilation releases for the franchise from Konami, this time focusing on the Nintendo DS instalments with 2005's Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow, 2006's Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin, and 2008's Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia. Also included is Haunted Castle Revisited, a remake developed by M2 based on the original 1987 Japanese arcade title. With this collection, I suspect the next one is likely to be the 3D action titles from the Nintendo 64 & PlayStation 2 era.

Next we have Penny's Big Breakaway, a 2024 action platformer by developer Evening Star (comprised of members who worked on Sonic Mania). While the game is available on other platforms I decided to go for the Nintendo Switch version which did receive an update to improve its performance (and that update is on the cart itself).

#10: Macross Zero
And the last item of the month is Macross Zero, the 2002 OVA series by Satelight and the second Macross to be released in the west and by Anime Limited. This is a pretty neat package and it looks like they have just replicated what was available from the Japanese release, even including two audio commentary tracks. Despite being advertised as such my copy didn't come with a poster but I'm not too bothered by it.

You can view more photos & specs on my blog.

I received one pre-order Blu-ray today from Crunchyroll US, the last of my 18-title pre-order I made back in January:

I wanted to get a 1/100 Sakura Freedom but I'm guessing the Bandai set was either exclusive or limited as the only sets I can find are £200+

So went for a Deban 6650 Sakura. Mixed reviews but worth a try

Well. As you can see its not a 6650 Sakura 😅 Seller send the wrong one

Plus side is they refunded rather than return

Negative side. Its not pink 😹
