If only it didn't take so long to dispatch and arrive as the sale has now ended, so less options if i do return and say by from a company that know what packaging is. But I was aware this was a possiblily (as in poor packaging and slow deliveries) although I didn't realise they had started using jiffy bags.
Still undecided on if ill return spy x family

Yeah I'll probably give them a message and see what they can do, although i'm a little hesitant to return as currently there stock is "low stock" so I could see me returning and then just issuing a refund rather than a replacement as they have run out of stock.
But I don't think its OOP or close too OOP, so I could probably grab it another time when its on sale if they were too just refund me.

Lol I just realised/forgot I bought Attack on titan Final season part 2 in the same order (and wasn't in that parcel), so I need to contact them about that too anyway (probably sent seprately, no idea why but I think they've sent thing seprately before).

Well, I hope that copy of harvest moon: Back to Nature isn't one that had the wedding bug that stops the game from progressing after you get married.

Oh thanks I wasn't aware of that bug, I've only played the ps1 version a bit, I mainly remember playing the 2D orginal alot more when I was younger.
I have checked the disc & its the SLES-02781#, and the added "#" looks to be the revised version from a quick google check.
So I think I'm ok.

That's the same as my copy, so it's 100% a V1.1 copy with the marriage bug fix.
