mine are:

I have all my fave anime themes on my mp3 and dont listen to much else to be honoust.
 
hmm..i like:
Minami Kaze - FMP TSR OP(i like most FMP music, but that one i have taken a liking to more recently)
All the Bebop music, since i can't get enough of Yoko Kanno's work
GitS:SAC music, from both gigs.

Very Brief collection but if i had more time im sure i could take a while.

Love Hina - Both Sakura Saku and I'm a Dreamer (Sakura Saku is my ringtone 8) ) I also like the lullaby version of Sakura Saku but i haven't had the time to listen to the 3 OST's i have.

Elfen Lied - Both Lillium and Be Your Girl are good songs

Midori No Hibi - The opening theme is so much fun i love listening to it.

The Melancholy of Haruhi Suziyama - I can not stop listening to the ending song, the dance is cool too.

Cowboy Bebop - My nights are not the same without my doseage of Tank and Real Folk Blues. But the soundtrack was just fantastic.

Tenchi Muyo! OST - One of my favourite soundtracks, Sharyn Scott done an amazing job on songs such as I'm a Pioneir, Your Talent for Love and Dimension of Love. Also the orinigal opening and the opening to Universe were pretty good too.

Daft Punk Interstella 5555 - Big Daft Punk fan and discovery is one of my favourite dance albums with a great variety of songs. Aerodynamic is just one big guitar busting solo.

Ichigo 100% - Was it just me or did anyone else notice the beat is exactly the same to Venga Boys - We like to party. Bloody catchy tune, Ike Ike!

Hanbun no Tsuki ga Noboru Sora - The soundtrack suits the anime so well and songs stand out on thier own as fine peices of music. The opening is very upbeat and happy while the ending is very sad.

Dragon Ball Z - As one of my first anime i think Rock the Dragon will be engraved into my head aslong as i still watch television.

I can't listen to cowboy bebops Tank track any more as one of my uni house mates had it as both his ring tone and the start up music on his pc, theres only so many times you can woken up by that song before it annoys you.

i love all bleach theme song but Rolling Star by YUI is just the best seconded by My Pace... i always listen to all their themes every week... it's just very addicting....

'the world' by Nightmare from death Note...

What else???? oh well, that's all i can think off... it's just sad that Code Geass' opening is not that great but totally love the anime with those stunning style of drawing... such perfection....

I'm currently loving Kibouhou from Spirals and ALONES from Bleach, and Howling from DtB, though ALONES sounds like someone singing underwater. ;|
