The anime-on-line listing for Lycoris Recoil Collections Edition has updated from the blank template to this. I'm going to say I'm not feeling it, feels a bit wrong to not have them in uniforms at least for the S1 release. If this was a hypothetical later season it might make more sense.

MVM is basing this on the US release by Aniplex. For better or worse MVM rarely deviates from existing English language releases. These are also using art from the JP volumes so it's not like this is an issue exclusive to the anglosphere.
