It's subtitle only, due to the cost of the Netflix dub. Andrew confirmed this on Twitter (this post underneath was quoted from the Anime Limited thread).

So i won't bother waiting the second Season to come out over here so I will just import s2 from Japan and gess the sac_2045 moives will suffer the same fate if they get picked for a uk release.

Going by the runtime on the set it's all 24 episodes.

The runtime on the Shout Factory website is stated as 600mins. AL wouldn't release a single cour on 3 discs while authoring the discs.

Crunchyroll US has it listed as episodes 1-12 and 300 minutes.

Odd that the 2 listings have completely different run times. I can't see AL or Shout Factory using 3 discs for a single cour release.

the discs say episodes 01-06, 07-12 and extras as the contents for each disc. The code of S1_E01-12 is shown on the side of the box
