I have noticed there are a number of members here who also enjoy collecting and watching boutique Blu-rays from the various labels/distributors (e.g., Arrow Films, Second Sight, 88Films, etc). I thought it may be a good idea to have a bargains and deals thread, much like the the anime bargain thread that exists.
I did see there was a very old "Asian Films Bargains" thread from 2008, but instead of reviving that old thread, perhaps it would be a better idea to open it up to all boutique releases.
I had posted a few deals/OOP finds in the Asian Cinema Thread, but they kind of felt out of place, amongst all the upcoming releases.
So, to kick things off, I had an email come in today from Rarewaves informing me that The Human Condition Trilogy (Arrow) was back in stock for £14.59, as I set up an alert. This has been OOS on Arrow's website for ages, I'm not sure if it is out of print, but it is seemingly unavailable at most places or going for stupid prices.
As it's a six year old release of a niche 10-hour trilogy, I'm going to guess that it's OOP. Some new copies have sold on eBay this month for around £30 and CEX are selling it used for £35! However, somehow, Rarewaves seem to have found some stock from behind the sofa, and a fair few by the looks of things going by the eBay listing.

Oh, and I'll also add, the code "BRUMHORROR" seems to always work on arrowfilms.com for 10% off your order, for those that are not aware.
