I take it you mean the Dub version that isn't released until April ( although it will probably be in March) I already have it preordered so as soon as I get it, I'll post on here but going on previous knowledge it will probably be geolocked so it will work in region B players.
 
Yes, you are right; the English dubbed version.

I ordered "Peter Grill" from CD Universe but it's gotten lost in the mail, and it was the last copy they had.

Does "Peter Grill" work OK in a region B player right away or does the player need to be altered first?

I just wonder if my CD Universe order of it got lost in the mail is trying to tell me something.

It plays fine on game consoles and Sony players too.
It's likely all of sentai titles are region free now but it's very difficult to prove, test and when(probably 2015). It's just easier to state them as Geo-locked.
Just like to state that no one has mentioned any region issues.

If you are able to change the area/country code in your Blu-ray players settings to US/CAN you can play Sentai's geo-locked discs no problem. Unfortunately, not all Blu-ray players have this option.

Also, looking through the lists, I can confirm the following titles are region B compatible,

So I should pick up the S3 when I visit Aus in April and hopefully the UK S1&2 will have turned up by the time I get back to the UK. Hopefully.
