Did you order it at the same time? If you did I believe their policy is to send all the items together when the preorder releases.
 
Yeah, I can't see them trying to bundle 2 shipment together when they were seprate orders (and there so far behind schedual that they will just want to ship it ASAP (but no idea if they have again prioritize pre-orders again over christmas sale stuff)), especially as they stated a few times once and order is in, it isn't possible to add (and maybe amend) items.
Although I suspect you can have amenedment in the case of removing an item (but not checked) (say when its was out of stock and awaiting re-print and delaying dispatch time), but for the most part I don't think this is the case and it just lots of orders (I assume size of order is probably still a thing even if its just a break down of all the 2nd Dec orders)
And rather than amending order they usually are sugesting you will have to cancel and reorder.

In my case only had the one order ship and that was the mystery bundles before christmas. still got some BOGOFs from 1-2am on the 2nd that haven't moved and some much later orders of various lightning deals that tempted me further.

My 16 October pre-order with the Diebuster CE plus 3 other CE titles has arrived in the US today, so I should finally receive it within the next few days.

EDIT: My package arrived today, Monday, 1/12 - only 6 days from ship to delivery!

I agree - under normal circumstance most orders are sent out by this point (in the UK). Just like to point out there has been an unusual slurry of snow in a very short amount of time particularly in scotland. I was expecting an item to give as a birthday present too but hasn't arrived in time. I know its annoying but it'll probably add a week or two for most orders (i assume)🥶

This is true and causing havoc for Royal Mail (my order has been sitting in the local mail centre for nearly a week now because of the snow related backlog...) but the orders are despatched from South England - and the bad weather only really impacted north of Dundee

Received a dispatch email for my 8th December order. But still no movement with my 2nd December order. 😭

So much for sorting through them in the order they were placed. 😮‍💨

I bought an LP from a shop in Canada on Jan 6th and it arrived on my doorstep yesterday! 🙃
 
I think it's pretty wild that something I ordered from China on Thursday night is arriving today but we're still waiting over a month for AL orders! 🙃
