    April 20th DLC:

Lynyrd Skynyrd - "Free Bird" [Also appeared on Rock Band 3]
Oasis - "Champagne Supernova" [Also appeared on Rock Band VR]

In addition the bonus Rock Band 1 songs are unfortunately unavailable for owners of the Rock Band 1 export, but the good news is that they're now available on the EU PSN store as individual songs.

    Blur - "Beetlebum"
    H-Blockx - "Countdown to Insanity"
    Juli - "Perfekte Welle"
    Muse - "Hysteria"
Oasis - "Rock 'n' Roll Star"
    Pleymo - "New Wave"

    April 27th DLC:

Avenged Sevenfold - "Beast and the Harlot" [Also appeared on Rock Band 3]
The Pretty Reckless - "Heaven Knows" [Also appeared on Rock Band VR]

Harmonix have confirmed that all of the export issues are now officially fixed for Europe. The next step I believe is fixing the delisted and missing songs for the Rock Band 4 owners.

    May 2017 Recap

Since I was occupied throughout May, here's a quick recap of the songs added in the month. The reason for the low amount of songs is due to the June 2017 patch update which includes numerous adjustments to the Rivals Expansion pack's Rivals mode and also added Lanes to the catalogue songs across numerous instruments.

    MGMT - "Kids"

    Other Notes

Rock Band Blitz [Amplitude style rhythm game for PlayStation 3 & Xbox 360] will be expiring on or near August 28th. The reason for this is because the music licenses have expired as it has been 5 years since its release. The music within that game will remain available as separate downloadable content on the main Rock Band music store (for Rock Band 3 & 4). Buying Blitz will allow free export of all 25 songs onto Rock Band 3 & 4.

Harmonix have announced a DLC Spotlight Pass for Season 2 of the Rock Band 4 era. The pass will offer 8 new (not rewind) songs that are part of the spotlight each week between August 24th to October 17th. The pass will cost $13.49.

Here are the list of remaining Rock Band VR songs that have yet to appear on Rock Band 4's Music Store:
Against the Current - "Running with the Wild Things"
    AudioDamn! - "Lights Out"
Band of Horses - "Casual Party"
    Carrie Underwood - "Church Bells"
    Coldplay - "Birds"
    Maroon 5 - "Maps"
    The Starting Line - "Quitter"
    Switchfoot - "Float"
Twin Atlantic - "I Am Alive"
The Wind and the Wave - "Grand Canyon"

And here are a list of Rock Band Rewind songs that also appeared on Rock Band VR, but yet to appear on RB4:
Alice in Chains - "Man in the Box" [Rock Band 2]
David Bowie - "Suffragette City" [Rock Band]
Europe - "The Final Countdown" [LEGO Rock Band]
Go-Go’s - "We Got the Beat" [Rock Band 2]
Jimmy Eat World - "The Middle" [Rock Band 2]

    Blaize Great Teacher

"Sugar Ray - Every Morning" & "Garbage - Stupid Girl" scratches my 90s itch but Rock Band needs so much more of that stuff. Given that the median age for people playing Rock Band is probably people who grew up on 90s rock there is a shameful amount of it available in the game.

Last year had some pretty good 90s tracks, examples below:
    Blues Traveler - "Hook"
    Counting Crows - "Mr. Jones"
    The Cranberries - "Zombie"
Deep Blue Something - "Breakfast at Tiffany's"
    Eagle-Eye Cherry - "Save Tonight"
    Goo Goo Dolls - "Iris"
    Jane's Addiction - "Stop"
    Matchbox Twenty - "3AM"
    Semisonic - "Closing Time"
    Third Eye Blind - "Jumper"
Tonic - "If You Could Only See"
Vertical Horizon - "Everything You Want"

I would like to see some more 'Nostalgia' type releases appear on the music store. Examples like:
    • Natalie Imbruglia - "Torn"
    • Chad Kroeger (feat. Josey Scott) - "Hero"
    • Heck the 2002 one-hit wonder "A Thousand Miles" by Vanessa Carlton may as well appear given Harmonix have decided to add keys to the guitar.
    • Anything from Keane's Hopes & Fears album would be great also (which also has no guitar instrument but the keys are pretty good).
    • NSYNC - "Bye Bye Bye" would be great for the party folks.
