Harmonix have confirmed that all of the export issues are now officially fixed for Europe. The next step I believe is fixing the delisted and missing songs for the Rock Band 4 owners.

The reason for this is because the music licenses have expired as it has been 5 years since its release. The music within that game will remain available as separate downloadable content on the main Rock Band music store (for Rock Band 3 & 4). Buying Blitz will allow free export of all 25 songs onto Rock Band 3 & 4.
Harmonix have announced a DLC Spotlight Pass for Season 2 of the Rock Band 4 era. The pass will offer 8 new (not rewind) songs that are part of the spotlight each week between August 24th to October 17th. The pass will cost $13.49.

Although I'm not really a fan, it's pretty neat to see Radiohead back in RB. Don't think they've popped up since Creep in Rock Band 1.
What's interesting about the song choice is that it's from the OK Computer album which got a remastered release earlier this year. Perhaps that's one possible reason as to how they managed to get it.
So far only Creep (Rock Band 1) and My Iron Lung (Rock Band 1 DLC era) have turned up while Rocksmith has quite a fair amount.

Harmonix is celebrating the 10th anniversary of Rock Band on 20th November, which was the date when it was first released in North America. To celebrate this occasion they will be releasing 10 free tracks from select Harmonix-related artists who once had their songs released as part of the Rock Band Network service. This will be the second time that select tracks from RBN have made it over to the official DLC setlist (the last time was back when they released 30 songs for pre-order and then later as paid).
