Wish Funimation would start dubbing it again.
I don't believe they ever stopped. Wasn't it originally an ADV license they just "inherited"?

Yeah, ADV had the license and were going to dub it with Vic Mignogna as Keroro. The original preview is here.

Funimation inherited the license frrom them and dubbed it using a different cast. They got halfway through season 2, but shelved it until DVD sales picked up.

Maybe nothing but on Anime Limited's facebook page in response to the Tiger & Bunny Movie 1 packaging shot:

" After the release of the second film we'll look at doing DVD only and BD only double-packs though - but that'll be into 2015 as a heads-up!" : https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid ... comments=2

Am I silly in presuming that maybe ..just maybe I can get my hopes up about the second film getting a UK release? It can easily be taken out of context (proof in the pudding with me here..) so...

NIS America have licensed Nagi no Asukara TV

Sentai stated From the New World will arrive "very soon", implying a possible April release.

Don't want the Blu-ray and DVD combo together? Well then in Q1 2014 you can own a Blu-ray version of Wolf Children.

Latest FUNi ANNCast is now up: http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/anncast/2013-12-13

Some of the notes:
- Nothing [series] completely bombed; bombs met 80% of expectations
- Fairy Tail was a good surprise when it was in transition time between dub
- 2 simulcasts noted as better than expected: Kamisama Kiss and The Devil is a Part-Timer! (both also noted as happy to pick those up)
- Attack on Titan simulcast did extremely well
- Michiko & Hatchin...good suprise...hit our numbers...took a while to release because it was not available for a long time (licensed by someone else)
- DBZ Rock the Dragon Edition: hit the numbers
- Akira: doing quite well
- Lupin the Third: The Woman Called Fujiko Mine - met expectations but thought it would have performed better

Notes on the Twitter questions/answers:
- 87% of survey takers have DVD players but 50/50 split on Blu-ray
- The Future Diary DVD: did very well
- Eureka Seven license not announced until trailer? ... [snarky answer] not a rule that every series will be formally announced ... [non-snarky answer] to release series in a certain window, sometimes give dates ahead of schedule <example: Previews>
- Why don't many simulcasted series don't get home video announcements <not found out until solicitations>? ... grand scheme keep you guessing ... get you to the site/blog/social media outlets
- Announced SUNRISE titles that weren't dubbed by Bandai Ent...will FUNi dub them? ... can't confirm everything but very unlikely
- YYH Poltergeist: would like to have it, license not available
- OniAi highly unlikely to get a dub later on even if it performs

Sentai Filmworks have rescued the Colorful TV series after recently being shown on Hulu.

Funimation have announced Home rights to the following, as part of their 12 Days of Anime news feed:

The Devil is a Part-Timer
Hetalia: The Beautiful World (Season 5 of the Hetalia series)
Senran Kagura

All three should arrive sometime in Summer 2014 (June, July or August).

Day 1 - Psycho Pass Cast
Day 2 - Home rights to: The Devil is a Part-Timer, Hetalia: The Beautiful World & Senran Kagura

I found a few bits and bobs regarding the upcoming and delayed titles from Anime Limited's service.

Outlaw Star (DVD)
Hi there! So sorry for the delay in reply. I think your comment may have fallen through the cracks under my watch I'm afraid. There's a delay with the Outlaw Star release due to the fact that we have to re-sync the audio & video due to the problems that caused the delay in the first instance. We're aiming for end of February - which we should hit barring any disasters in the interim. Here's hoping!
The Garden of Words / Shinkai Collection (Blu-ray) & (DVD)
Hi there. We're doing a few bits and bobs inhouse - but we've just approved QC so it's looking to be an end of January amaray release. The Shinkai Collector's Edition will likely be some point later on in 2014. Thanks!
Patema Inverted (Theatrical)
Haven't got dates locked down yet but yes, approx Spring/Summer 2014 looks to be when it'll happen. Details when they become available.
A Letter to Momo (Theatrical)
We would like to, yes! We're still working on it - and we hope to get it into as many as possible. But as you know, this can be a bit tricky.
EDIT FROM ANDREW: Keep an eye circa March 29th, 2014 .
Tiger & Bunny: The Beginning (Blu-ray/DVD Collector's Edition)
I hope you guys like extras because I just finished QCing the blu-ray release and there's a legitimate boatload of extras on the disc. Good ones too. Tiger and Bunny: The Beginning will be out by the end of January 2014. We're still waiting on a couple more items in the approval process but it should be available then.
Durarara!! (Blu-ray) & (DVD)
As soon as we've got approval for the box art we'll get the pre-orders up. Hopefully before the end of the year or early in the new year

No word on 009 Re:Cyborg and Gurren Lagann. 009 still retains it's January release while Gurren was discussed regarding it's release content via this forum.

Looks like the bastard has been caught!
The Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department's 1st Investigation Section arrested a 36-year old man, suspected to be the culprit in the threatening letters sent to convenience store chains and other establishments linked to Tadatoshi Fujimaki's Kuroko's Basketball manga, in Osaka City's Higashinari ward on Sunday. The suspect, Hirofumi Watanabe of unknown occupation, is being formally investigated for the charge of "obstruction of business." According to the police, he admitted to his crime, saying, "I'm sorry. I've lost."

A little background behind the culprit attacking the Kuroko series
Since October 2012, locations linked to Kuroko's Basketball creator Tadatoshi Fujimaki have received threat letters, including some with powdered and liquid substances. A source in the investigation of the threats said there is a high possibility that the liquid sent to Sophia University (Fujimaki's alma mater) on October 12, 2012 could emit a lethal dose of hydrogen sulfide if vaporized. The University initiated heightened security procedures after another round of threat letters were sent last month.
Several Kuroko's Basketball dōjinshi events throughout Japan were cancelled in the aftermath of the threats. The "Shadow Trickster 3" event did proceed without incident at the Big Sight last October, shortly after the center received its first threat. The official "Kuroko no Basuke produced by Namco Namja Town" event in Tokyo ended 19 days early as a result of the threats, and Animate Café Tennoji in Osaka cancelled a planned Kuroko's Basketball collaboration event. Comic Market (Comiket), the world's largest dōjinshi event, barred Kuroko's Basketball items and circles last December.

In February, the organizers of the Comic City dōjinshi events barred circles from selling Kuroko's Basketball items at March 17's Haru Comic City 18 event, after they received a request to do so from the management of the Tokyo Big Sight event complex. The same organizers had barred Kuroko's Basketball from the Comic City Osaka 92 event on January 6, and then cancelled February 10's Double Clutch event outright. However, they held the Comic City Tokyo 131 event at Tokyo Big Sight and insisted on allowing Kuroko's Basketball circles. Comic City Tokyo 131 proceeded without incident on January 27.

Major rental chain Tsutaya removed all Kuroko's Basketball DVD and manga rentals from its stores last month, but has since brought them back. Japanese bookstore chain Yurindo and Reliable, a Japanese book and stationary store chain in Hokkaido, also removed Kuroko's Basketball merchandise from their shelves. Several other bookstore chains such as Kinokuniya, Sanseido, Junkudo, Miyawaki, and other bookstores, plan to continue carrying the manga despite receiving threat letters.

Television station TBS noted that about 250 threat letters were mailed to various stores and news organizations in October 2013 alone, with at least one letter containing lighter fluid. The sender has been going by the name of "the Fiend with 801 Faces," an apparent reference to an antagonist in Edogawa Rampo's mysteries and the numerical shorthand for "yaoi." According to the Tokyo Metropolitan Police, the majority of the letters mailed last month were mailed from Saitama Prefecture on October 12.

The Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department reported last month that a security camera caught a possible suspect on tape last year. Police described him as a thin male dressed in all black.

Shueisha recently notified ticket holders to its Jump Super Anime Tour event that attendees older than middle school age need to show proof of identification as well as their written invitation to gain entry. Shueisha noted it is also strengthening its security plans to a much greater scale for the event, in order to prioritize the safety of attendees after the Kuroko's Basketball threat letters.

Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department is currently investigating if a party had deliberately put the trace amount of nicotine that was discovered in one of Kuroko's Basketball snacks recalled from a 7-Eleven convenience store. According to the investigation, the trace amount of nicotine discovered was 1/100th of a lethal dose.

The Wind Rises composer is on the shortlist for the Oscars' Best Score.

Although Scotland Loves Anime is the big event in the Scottish calendar for anime fans, you shouldn't reckon without the Glasgow Film Festival, which also normally has some interesting anime programming in its own right. This is certainly true of the 2014 film festival, and more specifically the Glasgow Youth Film Festival taking place at the Glasgow Film Theatre, with Sunday, February 9th offering up a trio of anime-related offerings over the course of the day:

13:15 - This sees the Blue Exorcist Movie enjoy a UK outing, providing a standalone story from this shounen manga's universe. This won't be the last we see of the film this year either...
15:45 - Hayao Miyazaki's final feature-length film as a director, The Wind Rises, finally shows itself in the UK.
19:00 - The film festival offers up a mystery screening that also promises to be a UK premiere, followed by a cosplay parade.

Tickets to each screening cost £8, or £6.50 for concessions - tickets are available to purchase at the links provided above.

Last year's mystery screening was originally supposed to be 009 Re;Cyborg but due to technical issues 5 Centimeters per Second replaced it. As an apology, they also announced the rescued licenses Voices of a Distant Star and Place Promised In Our Early Days.
