Has anyone seen Toradora!? I'm planning on watching it next before I watch Birdy Decode Season 2. ^__^
 
It looks like your everyday stereotype slice of school life comedy to me. I've only read goo dreviews about it so I thought I'd give it a go. Just fancy something easy to watch. I think watching "Ouran" recently has broadened my anime horizons. I'm guessing that was a big factor on deciding to watch this.
I have "School Rumble" Boxset still unopened too. So many choices. *_*

Toradora? I've seen the first two episodes but no more than that. It was ok i think, but i just couldn't find the time to continue with it after that, mainly because i had so many other series to watch at the time that i was closer to finishing. I may pick it up again later. Overall it was alright, it had the feel of a general romcom, where you know how it'd end roughly, but still had its own wee twists to it.

Cheers Arba, that's kinda what I was looking for. Romcom that I can wind down to of an evening. Planning on getting some horror/action on the go soon so this is just an light bite. =P
Have you seen "School Rumble" at all? Just out of intrest.
 
Voddas.....and don't take this the wrong way...

But i've seen you...and....you don't look like the sort that you'd normally expect to sit and watch a highschool based romcom :p

More like watching hellsing ultimate with a splash of higurashi (for the strange sinisterness) and GITS lol

School Rumble? I've seen the first dvd worth of it yeah, but i've generally just read the manga. I enjoy the manga a fair bit i will say, good laugh when you need it, never really serious so you can tell its light hearted and easy to get into. Anime wise it was pretty much similar, though again, i've only seen the first..5 episodes? wroth..can never remember how many are on the first disk. Its no azumanga, but its still worth a watch if you like your comedy.

I see, as expected then. Very good, I will keep the boxset as a backup then. It's not going anywhere. I'm getting more anime than I'm watching these days.. I need to slow down. =P

@Tachi : I told you. Ouran has changed me. Heh. But honestly, when it comes to anime, I can watch anything you can throw at me. I've only ever dropped one series out of the 160 odd I've seen. Of course I prefer the Gits/Higurashi side of anime more but I have a wide range of anime to watch.
I sat threw Clannad for gods sake. ;)

I still can't get myself to watch Higurashi, there is just something thats putting me off it to be honest. I dunno what exactly though. Personally, i didn't mind Clannad, it was enjoyable, i still prefer Kanon overall though.

I'm pretty much someone who can watch anything easily enough if i want to. Though again, much like Higu, i couldn't get into Death Note, and that was after reading some of it, so its one series you'll never see me watching.

Bah..why do we have to write about the history of maths for an essay =/, finding the info i need ain't a problem(Fibonacci Sequence if anyone asks), its finding a place to start writing the bloody thing out, and its only meant to be 750 words or there abouts, so how the heck i can fit all the details i need for such a topic in that short an essay is beyond me. The cons of uni..and maths no less.

There's a few i couldn't stand....Negima!, Negima!? and Karas

That last one honestly put me to sleep. visually it was pretty good, nice use of colours and CGI.....but my god the story was boring.
