The way the lead's own clumsy weight periodically pulls the plug out of the socket just enough to lose the picture or sound... 😤

You can get scart to hdmi adaptors. But it would mean moving my receiver out to wire it up as everything goes through the receiver. When I upgraded my receiver a few months ago I had to re connect everything. 7 speakers, 1 subwoofer, region 1 blu ray player, UHD player, CD player, Xbox 360, Xbox one, Freeview recorder, TV and projector. It's just too stressful and the air was blue 😶

Pokemon Stadium and Pokemon Snap were my games. Plus, with the extension cartridge I could insert my GameBoy Pokemon Blue into it and play it on the big screen ^^ Then of course we had the connection lead so my Sister and I could trade monsters (since she had Red). THAT meant I could use my OWN monsters to battle on Stadium (instead of the c****y rental ones)

Man I had it all back then, I was Poke NUTS! 😄 😅 😆


It was BEAUTIFUL! 🤣

Not sure actually, its been a while since I put them into storage 🙂 think I've got Mario 64, Mario Kart, Zelda OoT and Shadows of the Empire, there may be others.
I've still got most of my old consoles in the loft. Original mega drive, a couple of original PlayStations, a Sega Saturn, a Dreamcast, PS2, GameCube. Some work, some don't. Some have games, some don't. I'm pretty sure there's an old commodore 64 and an Amiga 500 too. I've even got my original kempston joystick which I used on my ZX spectrum back in the middle ages. I've always wanted to get a glass cabinet and have them on display.

I remember the original Playstation (and the smaller one, the PS1 I think it was; my Sister had both at one point). I remember the SEGA Mega Drive as well. Never had a Dreamcast though, but I do remember it, as well as the Saturn!

The other ones are a bit too far back for me though 😄 😅

I actually watched some Pokémon for the first time the other day. It was on one the kids channels, pop I think. My daughter liked it, I thought it was....well.....how can I put this......

😂 🤣 😃 😄 😅 so uncultured! The monkey has excellent taste! 👍

Mind you, I only remember the original first couple of seasons, which were the bizzniss. I've not seen much of the newer ones but I know Pikachu has changed shape; he's not as fat as he used to be! 🤣 😃 😄 😅

Genuinely it's a series I loved for it's style and character design though, and well, Team Rocket of course!

The animation is shocking. Even the monkey noticed that no-one ever blinks 😂
