Totally agree. I think De Bryne has always been overrated though.
And that’s based on? OK not his best evening, but neither Hazard, Lukaku or the eight others were. The subs did it. Think the Belgians were not as adjusted to the heat and humidity than Japan. But above all Japan had analysed us very well.

So waaarrrmmmm... having to wear shorts today~

EDIT: With my satchel I almost feel like a postie~

Let's be postie buddies! 🤣 🤣 🤣

We didn't get our usual bearded postie yesterday, it was some other shmuck

Bearded, but a shmuck...

I'm starting to wonder if the Cult is sending them...
Quite possibly...quite possibly...

I like our usual bearded one though because he knows what he's doing - he breezes in with his beard and sunglasses and just...collects the post and stuff, and he whips out his scanner and just...scans the barcode and...did I mention he has a beard and sunglasses?

And he comes back the next day to just...do it all again!

Sometimes we get a different postie who just...doesn't have that kind of swagger

I'm sensing some subtext between @~AyaMachi~ and her usual postie here. ;)
*Gasps* Now listen here @Teapot *jabs finger* in the world of posties, this guy knows how to do his job, and he's bang on time (mostly). 16:15pm every afternoon!

Although he nearly did make off with the special delivery log book the other day - I'll let that slide, he didn't see it and well, it was a really hot day and all. We all make mistakes, even perfect posties...

I know the feeling it’s just too damn hot!
It really is. I've been told that we can't set the air-con in work too low otherwise it becomes "inefficient" So I have to have it on 20 degrees now instead of 16. I mean, it's still cool enough, but I like it like a fridge since we can't open our window to let in natural air (it's sealed). My colleague doesn't like to put it on either since it's "too cold", so when I go into work for 11:30, it's stifling. As soon as she leaves at 12:30, I'm straight onto the air-con controls!

Scottish people are tight-a**es! Aren't they @Neil.T !

perfect, punctual and "he knows" aya, you're gonna make @Neil.T jealous of this guy. actually, I think Neil is jealous of anyone who isn't up a wall

I need to set up some kind of air con in my house, it’s been so muggy lately. That or just start living in the pool.
