Sucks you didn’t get it but if it doesn’t work out for other person then I guess it’s yours. Fancy a bit of sabotage for said other person?

Ah thanks dude, but, it's encouraging to know I was a second choice, especially since I left feeling like I'd b**lsed it right up!

A bit of sabotage sounds positively groovy, baby! ;)

that's too bad, I would have ripped their heads off at saying second choice, but meh it's the NHS innit you can do better than that but... aha! limt's offer still stands! due to an unforeseen staffing incident involving strike action and rebellion, even from our darling number 10, all of our ranks have vacancies, yes, from 1 all the way to 47. you will be given your armour, a sword and kicked out the front door to teach your former comrades a lesson in limt's mercy, or lack thereof. and for f*** sake someone take down that scar-faced b****. apply today, limt needs you! (to not tell the public that our last line of defence have become abyssal ones)

So they previewed the first episode of Tokyo Ghoul: re in Japan and someone roughly summarised what they saw. Not sure what to think at the moment but I'm a little concerned

Hey, I know where I'm going Cap'n, no need to rush this. Barring the sudden unexpected re-emergence of chaos or ilmaestro, only Rena and Grav now stand in my way (though there is also the creeping threat of that plucky slowly-but-surely Lemon who stands every chance of snatching my rightful title from me at the last moment).

I'll never stand much of a shot at the other top slot though, this thread's like laundering ring has the other leaderboard sewn up.

I’m not partly responsible for that in any way shape or form. I’ll just act nonchalantly now.

Also congrats on your posting! You can get to 10K pretty easily. We believe in you!
 
Got a bartop arcade kit coming tomorrow (just the frame+perspex) looking forward to it as an ongoing project over the next few months, buying parts as and when I can afford them. Agonising over how much it'll probably cost in total but I've always wanted to do one. Already planned out most of what I'll be using, what I need to buy and what I need to drill etc.

I'm planning on a pc build internally rather than Raspberry pi and I have an old tower to strip down that should power through most of what I throw at it.
