My machine's been having a shinji moment since Friday, it messes up, it's disappointing and I could so better myself.
Oh well, halfway point of the last one, after that I could get back to doing other things as if I have a life
Just hit your machine, if it’s Shinji it will kick start it.

Oh god yes, one of the managers have been wandering around putting on pressure since the weekend. I'd love for him to get blamed for a coffee- machine mishap. It would either wake up the machine to do it's actual job or have the manager locking his office for the foreseeable!

I just Googled those. What a pair of super-cute Pokémon.
I know right? Eeve was super cute, and Jolteon was my favourite of it's evolved forms - I only ever turned my Eevee into Jolteon in the games, it looked like a little spikey fox!
I hope you have since recovered from your near-Shinji experience, and that your chair ended up being used for it's intended purpose - for you to sit thine a$$ on and be a groovy s**tposter!
I feel that the s**tposting increased since my arrival, so I'll bare the brunt of the responsibility.

@Captaaainuniverse machinery is more trouble than it's worth!
I once managed to fix our large-format printer for the short term at least. When I worked as a large-format printer operator, we started having some trouble with the cyan ink; it was printing all streaky and with horizontal banding. Since alot of what we printed used cyan, we needed it sorted ASAP. We had the engineer in and everything, and whilst he was chatting away with one of the chief designers, I decided to try out one of the functions on the printer, it was called a "custody wash". It took about 10 minutes, and when the engineer came into the print room with the designer, I got a telling off for using that particular function, since it takes ages and is apparently just "not meant to be used" (makes me laugh because "why put the function on there in the first place?"). However, the very next thing I printed off was perfect - no lines or streaking. Mentally told the engineer to do one!
It was a great moment...

Curious to ask where your fondness for foxes comes from...
(Hi.
I think it's because they're very similar to cats (even though they're dogs), but in uni, I was always drawing foxes after reading about them in Japanese folklore, so my interest just built up from that as well. People called me "Fox Lady" XD

Not really been up to much apart from the walk (usual route). Not much in the way of jobs today so nothing to apply for unfortunately. I've just finished watching a show that my Dad's been recording for me, about Japanese art and culture. I forget what it's called, but it's narated by Dr James Fox (I think that's his name). It's really interesting at any rate, thanks Dad! It's a 3 parter, and I caught up with the second part today. It showed a clip of Akira; I've never actually seen that anime, despite it being quite well known! How's your day been?
Crisis averted or now, made some decent progress talking bollocks and quoting things I pretend I understand.
