The safe way: in a purely audiovisual sense. But how can one experience the elements whilst being protected from them?
Yep, the Scots and the Welsh are the ones who have to deal with the most inclement of weather. If anything @Neil.T should be used to the harsh elements, being a Scot, kind of like being here really!

♪ ♪ ♪But, being indoors, protected from the elements, DOES give one the time to relfect on the right things to do regarding certain DVD's...I would say...
Yeah, I think so too. It's quite pleasing to the senses, I find. Even though it's a bit annoying as a glasses wearer!I mean, I don't voluntarily go out into the rain, but I don't flip my lid if I get caught in it either...sometimes it's kind of...nice ^^
Sounds just like Knockhill racing circuit up here. It's got its very own microclimate! You haven't truly experienced Welsh weather unless you've driven up to a cwm, with the intention of doing some sketchbook studies, on what appears to be a lovely day, get halfway up, only to find that all of a sudden the greyest of clouds have made their presence, precipitate a c**p load of hail for a solid 10 minutes, we wait it out, but ultimately decide to go back to the van, and in that time, the sky clears as if nothing b****y happened!

OH we've had that too! Well, mad thunderstorms that is. We went camping many years ago near Black Rock Sands, and there was a MASSIVE storm, wind, thunder, forked lightening, and we only had a wee canvas tent. Well, the pegs were flying out of the ground, the canvas was flapping all over the place, and my poor Mum was trying to hold the tent together, whilst it's p*****g down with rain, thunder and forked lightening, horrendous wind, holy c**p it was scary! My sister and I were in sleeping bags exposed to the elements.Only to find out you’re still unprepared. Especially for ball lightning.
