Ugh, call centres are infuriating, they're so scripted. It's annoying when those little microphones end up too far from their mouths, so you actually can't hear what they're saying, and you tell them - you actually have to remind them to keep their mouthpiece attached to their mouths!

I really hope you get this sorted dude!

Urgh. Haven’t bothered this far. I’ve put some food in and handle it after I’ve eaten. Hopefully it will make me more patient and less homicidal.
