I believe your avatars are from To Heart 2! Your new one looks like a chibi version of Tamaki. You can see what I mean if you look on this website for To Heart 2 characters ^_^

To Heart is worth watching, but it's just a very pleasant school yard tale. Nothing much happens and there's only a hint of romance, but it's a sweet little anime. You don't need to watch it before watching To Heart 2 ^_^
