The Anime/Manga I Bought Today Was...

Ordered from All The Anime:

Love Live! Superstar!! Season 2 (CE Blu-ray)
TEKKONKINKREET (CE Blu-ray/DVD)

Ordered from Ebay:

Persona 5 The Animation: Parts 1 & 2 (CE Blu-ray)

Just to let you know I'm pretty sure the original CE of Persona 5 from ATA had subtitle issues but the standard edition had the fixed discs but you should (hopefully) be able to get replacement discs from ATA.

I've never owned the CE myself (only the standard) so someone correct me if I'm wrong but I'm pretty sure there was an issue.

Ordered One Piece (Collection 26 - 27, 29 - 33) (BD) from the Crunchyroll Store's simulcast sale.

I got Collection 28 not to far back when Zavvi had those cheap U.S. imports.

This covers all the One Piece collection sets I needed to order from the U.S. as they started releasing on blu-ray over here from Collection 34 onwards and prior to Collection 26 they are DVD only releases.

I own Collection 1 - 3 on DVD so I just need to pick up the UK DVD Collection's from 4 - 25 now.

But I'm glad I got the imports sorted, especially while they're all at a good price otherwise that would had been a pricey endeavour.

Cheers for letting me know. I do remember reading about that back when Persona 5 first came out & after checking my copy, I can confirm it does have this issue. But it shouldn't really be an issue to me as I watch my anime dubbed.

Just curious, did Anime Limited ever send out replacement discs? as I don't recall anyone posting about it.

I feel like I saw one person on here say they got a replacement disc but I don't remember who unfortunately.

Ordered A Certain Magical Index from ebay.

Ordered A Certain Magical Index - The Movie: The Miracle of Endymion and Kemono Michi: Rise Up from Rarewaves.

This marks the start of my Index / Railgun collection.

Won a bid for Blue Exorcist: The Movie on ebay which no one else bidded on which I'm glad about as I got it for a great price and the blu-ray for this goes for so much now it seems.

Now I have all the UK releases for Blue Exorcist on their way to me.

I managed to pick up a copy last year on Vinted for a good price - it rarely appeared on the secondhand market when I was looking, and when it did, people were usually asking stupid prices for it. Good that you were able to snag a copy for a great price!

The only issue now is the third season is an Aniplex release and is like 100+ USD 😂 no idea if it'll get a release over here.

With Demon Slayer post-Mugen Train being released over here (albeit standard editions only) and MVM licensing Fate/Grand Carnival there is a slither of chance we'll start seeing more Aniplex titles pop-up in the UK (fingers crossed anyway).

Pre-Ordered They Were 11! by Moto Hagio through Blackwells. The small publisher licensed this is 2022 and after many delays it's finally getting copies out in the wild and has a UK release date this month.
