There's an update regarding the Grisaia sequel/prequels.

The Labyrinth of Grisaia is a one episode special (that will last 60 minutes) which will air April 13 2:35/2:15 am (Japan time).

The Eden of Grisaia is the next one-cour adaptation which will air April 19 12:30/12:45 am (Japan time).

OVAs I could be a little more forgiving with since they seem to be trickier to license. It's more just that whoever's running Animax is absolutely incompetent at running a simulcast service, amongst other things.
 
I'm amazed they're still going if I'm honest, as Sony must be footing the bills - but at this point surely it's just pouring good money after bad? They must know the service is a complete non-starter compared to the likes of Crunchyroll? It's not like they're hoping to gain market share or anything?
