The black region at the top is really handy for keeping the desktop icons in order and although thetitle at the bottom is hard to see it reads 'Exciled Angel' Gorgeous pic, shame about the spelling mistake.

You "do" it by clicking the post reply button instead of using quick reply, this takes you to where you can add attachments which create the box :lol: .
