Just curious but has anyone else picked up the second Slayers DVD? and as such have any problems from episode 8 onwards? since mine isn't working now and its annoying. =/

Hi...guess I'm going to wade in among the frequent posters :lol:

I have the first three seasons on DVD as I imported from the US last year. I watched the first series sometime last year, then Slayers next during the first term of this year, and finished over Slayers try in the Christmas holiday.

Before that I'd also bought the movie boxset and watched them...yeah I've seen a bit of slayers

I do enjoy the series as a whole as I enjoy the goofy characters, occasional poking of fun at fantasy cliches and the breaking of the fourth wall every now and then. Lina is one of my favourite characters around, and I've enjoyed almost all of the themes across the TV series and movies. Slayers try was my favourite of the three seasons partially due to Filia becoming another character I liked

So, I believe that you will be thrilled to know that MVM has the license for Slayers Revolution and will release it after they release all of slayers (although it might take a little bit though)

Well I have erm watched almost all of Slayers revolution *shifty look*. However I am planning on buying both that and Evolution-R (which I haven't seen) as I like slayers, and I'm a collector of anime/manga
