Speak of the devil, I just booted up my PS4 and it started downloading a nigh on 4gb patch for Rock Band 4 so I guess that's come through. Song count still hasn't increased from ~1400 though.

Awesome week we have here.
Like a Stone is a great song from Audioslave (the band that Soundgarden's vocalist was involved with during Soundgarden's hiatus). Cochise, the song used in Guitar Hero, wasn't picked in the end but I hope one day it will appear.
Lying From You is a classic Linkin Park song and will be a lot of fun to play. The song is from the Meteora album.
Awake is a neat addition to the catalogue. I know Godsmack is a well known band (especially with I Stand Alone already in the Music Store).

Lying From You. Now that's a song that takes me back a bit haha. I haven't to listened to Linkin Park since I was about 13 but I might give that song a go. Don't really know much about the other two bands so I can't really say anything.

I must be one crazy bastard because I think I may have managed to list all of the songs that are missing for the PS4 owners.
I was wondering why the folks on the Harmonix forum were bugged by the '1365' listing and I realised it's the number of songs/packs that can be used for PS4 owners. It took a couple of hours but here's the list of songs/packs that I managed to find and it seems to be fairy accurate to what people wanted.
Notice that a lot of them are from the Rock Band 1-2 era. There are a couple Rock Band 3 tracks still PS3 only but most/all of the packs from that era are downloadable for PS4.

That is odd. I had no idea the song had been delisted. I just went ahead and bought it so I guess it's a happy mistake. I'd say it could be possible they renegotiated seeing as there was a System song in RB4. Just speculating of course.

It’s clear that amongst our European Rock Band community there have been some frustrations “Where’s all my DLC?” “Why’s my DLC broken?” “I want to buy this game but can’t find it at my local store! What’s going on?” “Why doesn’t Harmonix care about its European fans?”
First off, thanks for sticking with us as we work through post-launch to address the issues you are reporting. We acknowledge that things haven’t been perfect. But I assure you we do care, very deeply, we are always listening, and we’re working through resolving everything.
Where are we with broken and missing DLC catalog tracks on the PlayStation Store in the SCEE region?
■ There are currently 431 songs with issues on the PlayStation Store in the SCEE region.
■ We expected we’d be able to say “it’s fixed” a lot sooner than it has turned out to be.
■ While we’ve made progress on the North American (SCEA) side, we appreciate it may have been frustrating for players to see less movement on the SCEE side and this is due to slightly different technical processes across the stores.
■ Our DLC producers have been working very closely with their counterparts at SCEE all along to identify and solve problems in the submission and entitlement process as they come up.
■ The SCEE folks have outlined a solution which will resolve the lion’s share of marketplace issues in one bulk update. For some more in depth information, the development work behind the scenes to ensure that our existing PS3 content is transferred across to PS4 is significant and there are many variables that need to be checked and built into the development cycle.
■ SCEE is already well underway with the process and targeting early December for release for the content to be updated in the Store.
■ We’ll communicate any further information as it comes up.
As always, please continue to report any issues you come across with specific tracks as you find them! We also have seen feedback from European customers that they’ve had a hard time finding Rock Band 4 in their local retailers.
While you can readily download the game digitally from Xbox Live or the PSN Store, we’ve been overwhelmed with demand from retail regarding hardware bundles and we’re working hard with our partners at Mad Catz to restock on a weekly basis.
While we’ll continue to see big demand on stock through the year’s end, we’ll see more flowing into retailers in 2016 to respond to the demand we’ve seen.

So I just went on to PSN hoping to get some new DLC and it turns out that old DLC isn't all that's missing. Any DLC after the initial round of DLC (The wave that had Babymetal and the other preorder exclusive songs) are currently not on the EU store either.

Yeah that's right. Week 1 and 3 of the 4 songs in Week 2 (Follow Me Down is the missing one) are available but the others aren't. Apparently the new DLC won't be part of the fix next month but they'll eventually arrive.
I've heard of Ed Sheeran, the ginger haired guitarist who's album names include + (Plus) and x (Mulitply).
Sing's vocals have got to be Devil Tier. And honestly it looks fun to play, I'm happy with the inclusion. I recognise the others but I don't know much about them.

Maybe saying I haven't heard of Ed Sheeran is a bit of an overstatement. The name rings a bell but I couldn't tell you any of his songs. The songs look pretty fun to play but not my kind of thing. It's probably the kind of song I'd play if it were on disk but not something I'd buy (Not that I could if I wanted to given the current EU DLC situation)
