Its Ritsuka from Loveless.

I dont like this one all that much because I was having trouble with the legs and other stuff (so i chopped off the legs XD)

Its not as good as my Daisuke one because with this one I did not use a picture of Ritsuka to help or anything =/ I drew it out of imagination.

Think that closer objects are bigger than further away objects, you could also try using perspective lines.

1 Point Perspective
2 Point Perspective

Im unsure whether these will help much, but just keep in mind that the farther away from the point your drawing the smaller it needs to be, the closer, the bigger.
