Slight technicality there, if you dug a hole, then filled half of it, you'd have half of a hole, but I guess that works both ways o_O

riddle:
A man lives on the twelfth floor of an apartment building. Every
morning he takes the elevator down to the lobby and leaves the building. In
the evening, he gets into the elevator, and, if there is someone else in the
elevator -- or if it was raining that day -- he goes back to his floor
directly. However, if there is nobody else in the elevator and it hasn't
rained, he goes to the tenth floor and walks up two flights of stairs to his
room.

The man is too short to reach the 12th floor button. When it rains he takes an umbrella.

Right, i'll have a go, a nice and easy one for you all:
I'm as light as a feather, yet even the strongest man can't hold me for much longer than a minute. What am I?
