Because CLAMP feels a bit specific, especially because me people probably watch anime than read manga here.

It more to see how CLAMP works compare to each other in popularity.

I can kind of see why he wanted a CLAMP only list, they are one of the most popular artists/groups, and have a lot of titles out in English.
