There's two possible reasons why it's subtitle only despite a dub existing (and these are just pure guesses from my end). It could be that Madman are using more-or-less the same masters as the Aniplex of America release, which was subtitle only, or Aniplex wouldn't allow Madman to include the dub on their release, to prevent people in the US from importing a cheaper release if they want the dub.

Madman is owned by Crunchyroll now so its them stopping themselves.
I agree with the rest that they're doing it to stop reverse import because they ain't gonna region code it specific! Too much work!!
But I think also the fact they've labeled it "subtitled edition" implies there's a "dubbed edition" coming at some point after they just don't want to announce it yet.

The US release was 3 discs will the AU will be 2 discs - so like always when Madman releases an Aniplex or VIZ title they will create their own discs from scratch - and these are always region-locked.
That's different from all the Funi-releases where Madman often just uses the US discs unchanged...

There's a more plausible explanation: this release was held back 2 years. The catalogue number is MMA6642BR, which would indicate a release of June/July 2020, which is just a few months after the original subtitled Aniplex of America release, a typical delay for Madman on an AoA title.

Oh wow, exchange rate is down to 1.14 US dollars. So I should be importing more UK releases, then... *fills cart enthusiastically!

Unfortunately, I don't really have much of any disposable income for anime right now, what with having to pay off my hospital bills. :(

Ooh, I adore C&T, in my top ten anime for me and loved the dub as well as the music, hopefully it'll get picked up for over here.
