Apparently this is the way that the HD version of the movie is available worldwide, no separate BD release.

Also, Tekken: Blood Vengeance is available in 3D as part of "Tekken 3D: Prime Edition", which will be out on the Nintendo 3DS later this year.

Hmm, I knew it was on there, have just been waiting for it to drop in price a bit as I don't really play Tekken. Didn't realize there was no other BD release though! Cheers, I shall have to keep my eye on it.
