I only own the first 2 volumes of Black God...need to get more.

Very tempted by the DP Adventure boxset; and I see Viz Media are joining the Zelda 25th bandwagon.

Tokyo Mew Mew omnibus?! I just need them to get to material beyond volume 4, and I'm there.

EDIT: Amazon lists TMM as 24th November (whereas Book Depository lists it was yesterday xD), but here's the cover art:

My copy of Higurashi has just been dispatched ^_^ My favourite arc out of the entire series, Rena <3

Definitely going to get Love Hina and Railgun at some point.

lol same here Joshawott, been meaning to get volume 3 for quite a while now.

I don't know whether to buy second hand copies of Tokyo Mew Mew 5-7 or wait for the omnibus to reach that point (volume 1 has 350ish pages; volume 2 is out in December).

EDIT: Volume 1 has 368 pages,

Definitley have to get Air Gear 20 (need 19 too!)

Highschool of the Dead is a series I've fallen behind Manga wise, should be easy enough to catch-up with though

Amazon Still haven't corrected the Date for the Love Hina Omnibus, going by them we'll get 2 before 1 XD, But Really I do want this though, It's better than buying the series Used

Cage of Eden 2

My Black Butler has shipped and Bride's Story should be on its way to me soon too :3

Despite the length of the list the only other thing I might grab is Pandora Hearts this time, but I'm letting it get a head start before diving in to that series. I expect Yotsuba& will end up in my house at some point, even though I'm a heartless person who doesn't read it...

If you already got the other volumes, I would say buy them since the omnibuses will take a while to come out with volumes you're missing.

I will be getting the omnibuses myself, since I love reading the series at the library.

That Air Gear cover looks great, too bad I don't read the series nor intending to.

I've been considering whether to read Black Butler or not, would anyone recommend it?

Pretty fun list of titles, there. Not 100% convinced by the style of Railgun's English logo, but otherwise a cool selection.

Air Gear so far behind, though, still nearly two years away from Shalott...

That's a little unfair on yourself, you may possibly still have a heart.

A cold, lifeless one carved from granite, but it may still be there! :D

'No longer human' is the only one I ordered. Already received it and I gotta say that it looks pretty good. Thank goodness there are some decent seinen titles out there that are still being released.

Got my copy of black god the other daym still loving this series.

No sign of bloody monday for another few week, been delayed according to amazon :(.

Some otherr interesting titles in the topic i may have to have a look at buying.

If TMM has a new translation I might be interested - I have the first couple of Tokyopop volumes and it was dire. Only time I've ever taken a pencil to a manga.

The art work of Brides Story certainly mesmerises me, however I'm not sure the story of a 20 year old bride and a 12 year old groom is appealing to me, it depends on how it's handled I guess. After hearing how Usagi Drops ended, I'm now more cautious than ever.

Can anyone who had read this help me out? Should I risk it?

There is absolutely nothing objectionable in Bride's Story, it's a cultural difference and handled without pandering. It's by the same creator as Emma, which was also pretty innocent and sweet.

The review of volume 1 on ANN says there isn't anything to object to - it mentions 1 kiss and a scene with them naked in bed (just to keep warm naturally).

Ah, cheers Rui. It didn't think it would contain anything objectionable as it looks rather classy, but who'd have guessed Usagi Drops would have gone in the direction it apparently went?

I just hope the story doesn't end with the boy turning thirteen and realising to become a man he has to impregnate his some what older wife. This is how I'm sure many lesser manga authors would have concluded it.

But I have a good feeling about this one, so I'm going with you on this one Rui.

naked in bed (just to keep warm naturally).

Hang on...Why does being naked help them keep warm....

The sleeping thing is explained in the manga. I think the couple are probably more shy than you are ;p

The obvious questions about impregnation are actually not ignored, but again it's handled in a classy way and not lewdly - and again, humans were designed to be doing these things at younger ages than is fashionable now and that's how many cultures lived at the time (and some indeed still do).
