Have you got a Martins the Newsagents/McColls near you? They always sell it. I live in a dead-and-alive hole and yet I have a Martins that sells Neo!
 
Since the second issue I asked the small newsagents near me and since then they have been getting hold of a copy for me.

Yeah, if you have a local newsagents they will usually be able to get magazines in for you, i do that with the Lord of the Rings model magazine i get, sometimes magazines even give you little pieces of card or paper that you can give to your newsagent so they will put the magazine by for you
 
Hehe! I would but a "me too" if it had a promotional anime DVD stuck onto it, so there! But NEO is good too, a few of my old buddies are working on it.
