That's like...37 volumes? I may start to buy the series.

So anyone up the date with the manga who can give me any indication that this is worth buying. I have Love Hina so I know what this guys jokes are like, but how is the action, plot and character development?

Magazine, not Jump.

And also, more Wikipedia-ing. Will probably be 38 vols. Which is cool cos They're doing omnibuses.

And omnibuses are always welcome when it comes to long series ^^

As with Bleach, this is the news I was waiting for to go back to reading this series.

Why, exactly, would you be picking Bleach back up just because it's about to start the final arc? The Arrancar arc lasted 230 chapters, and the author does think of it as a single arc. It will still be years before Bleach ends.

Hah, possibly very true, but since I have a couple of years to catch up on I figure I might as well get started. ^^;

It's a fighting tournament series, so action is mostly decent. (there's obviously clothes tearing involved).
Plot: Negi is on a mission of discovery to find out what happened to his missing farther, and avenge an incident in his past. (and deal with all the girl related stuff, like picking one)

Character dev, mostly good as the lead actually has a personality and the 6-9 lead girls are well explored.
